These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FRKA Solutions website at frka.solutions and the services we provide. We wrote them straight and fair, the same way we work.
FRKA Solutions provides brand consulting services including AI-ready brand systems, conversion audits, brand voice sprints, full stack brand launches, retainer support, and related services as described on our website. All engagements are subject to individual agreements.
By using this website, you acknowledge that we collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity) as described in our Privacy Policy. This data includes page views, clicks, scroll behavior, and session recordings. This information is used solely to improve our website and services.
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of FRKA Solutions unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Deliverables created during client engagements are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during workshops and consultations. The quality of deliverables depends on timely client participation and feedback. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide for use in their brand system do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payment is required according to the schedule agreed upon before engagement begins.
Advance payments are non-refundable. The advance covers work already performed, time reserved, and project preparation. If a client decides to discontinue an engagement after work has begun, the unfinished portion may be resumed within 60 days of the last session. After that period, the engagement is considered closed.
If your AI output is not noticeably more on-brand within 30 days of delivery, we will conduct up to 2 (two) additional refinement sessions at no extra charge. This guarantee means:
Note: AI output quality depends on multiple factors, including the quality and scope of information the client provides, the specifics of the AI model the client uses, and how the system is applied. FRKA Solutions guarantees that we will apply our methodology in full, but we cannot guarantee that AI output will be indistinguishable from the brand owner's human voice or writing.
If needs arise beyond the originally agreed scope during an engagement, additional work is agreed upon in writing by both parties before implementation begins.
FRKA Solutions provides brand systems and consulting services using our proven methodology. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, conversion rates, or that AI tools will generate output indistinguishable from human voice or writing. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We treat all client information shared during engagements as confidential. We will not share client materials, brand documents, or business information with third parties without explicit consent. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Client data is stored in internal systems with controlled access. You may request access to your data or complete deletion of all your data from our systems at any time. Submit requests to the email listed in the Contact section.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as Cal.com for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
