FRKA Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is a brand agency based in Serbia, owned by Miloš Denić. Here we explain how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Information you provide: When you book a Brand Vibe Check, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and details about your brand or business.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain data through cookies and analytics tools, including:

• Pages you visit and navigation paths
• Time spent on pages and scroll depth
• Clicks, including button clicks and outbound links
• Device type, browser, operating system, and screen resolution
• Approximate geographic location (country/city level, not precise)
• Referral source (how you arrived at our site)
• Session recordings and heatmaps of mouse movements and clicks

2. Analytics and Tracking Tools

We use the following third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our services:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — provided by Google LLC. Collects anonymous usage data including page views, user journeys, scroll depth, button clicks, and conversion events. Data is processed in the US. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Google Tag Manager (GTM) — provided by Google LLC. A tag management system that loads our analytics scripts. GTM itself does not collect personal data but enables other tools (like GA4) to function. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Microsoft Clarity — provided by Microsoft Corporation. Records anonymous session replays, generates heatmaps (visual maps of where users click and scroll), and detects usability issues like rage clicks and dead clicks. Clarity masks sensitive input fields by default. Microsoft's privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement

3. Cookies

Our website and third-party analytics services use cookies and similar technologies. These include:

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish users and throttle request rate. Duration: up to 2 years.
• _gcl_au — Google Tag Manager cookie for conversion tracking. Duration: 90 days.
• _clck, _clsk — Microsoft Clarity cookies for session tracking and heatmap data. Duration: up to 1 year.
• MUID, ANONCHK, SM — Microsoft cookies for cross-site identification. Duration: varies.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

• Consent — for analytics cookies (via the cookie banner on our website)
• Legitimate interest — for improving the website and user experience

6. Third-Party Services

In addition to the analytics tools listed above, we use:

• Cal.com — for scheduling Brand Vibe Check calls. When you book a call, Cal.com processes your name and email. Cal.com privacy policy
• Newsletter service — for sending email communications to subscribers. We collect only your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Supabase — database hosted in the EU (AWS eu-west-1) for storing client data in our internal systems. Supabase privacy policy

7. Data Collected During Client Engagements

When you become a client, we collect and store:

• Contact information — name, email, phone, company
• Business information — brand and business details you provide through questionnaires and workshops
• Engagement data — service type, session notes, project status
• Financial data — payment amounts and status
• Feedback — ratings and comments (testimonials published only with your consent)

This data is stored in internal systems with controlled access, on a database hosted in the EU. We do not share it with third parties without your consent.

8. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics 4. Microsoft Clarity retains session recordings for up to 30 days. Personal data you provide (such as through booking or contact forms) is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services, or until you request deletion. Client data from our internal systems (questionnaires, session notes, financial data) is retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 12 months after completion, unless you request earlier deletion.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data (in accordance with GDPR and similar regulations):

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including data from all our systems
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data from all our systems (website, internal systems, database). We will delete all your data upon request, without undue delay, within 30 days
• Restriction of processing — request temporary restriction of processing your data while your request is being reviewed
• Data portability — request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV)
• Objection — object to processing of your data for analytics purposes
• Withdraw consent — you can withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner
• Opt-out of tracking — you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
